Private Yoga lessons
Are you new to Yoga or would you simply like to enjoy a more personalized Yoga class? Then you might want to consider a private Yoga class.
What are some of the benefits of a private Yoga class?
-
Each class is personalized and tailored exactly to your needs, goals and body.
-
As your personal Yoga trainer I make sure that the classes are scheduled around your busy life and at your convenience.
-
Especially for beginners it is a safer environment to learn, as all the focus will be on you and your alignment.
-
You are free to ask any questions during the class and really get the most out of your practice.
-
Being one-on-one with a personal Yoga teacher might also make you feel more comfortable, more judgment free and release the need to compete with anyone.
You can choose between 4 different Yoga styles: Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Hormonal Yoga Therapy.
-
Vinyasa Yoga is a style that connects conscious breath with fluid movement. The pace and intensity can vary from class to class and the beauty of a private Yoga class is that it can be adjusted based on your needs and wishes.
-
Hatha Yoga also involves a series of Yoga postures and breathing techniques, but the postures are more static and there is less flow than in Vinyasa classes.
-
Yin Yoga is a very slow-paced style of Yoga where Yoga postures are held longer (usually between 3-5 minutes). The goal is to relax into the posture and allow your body to soften.
Yoga & Chill
Living abroad for the past 10 years has taught me the importance of forming connections with people that share similar interests and beliefs. With the aim to combine my passion for Yoga and my interest in different cultures, countries and people, I have developed a concept of “Yoga & Chill”. The goal was to offer something more to the community than “just” a Yoga session. I focused on bringing internationals in Vienna together to practice Yoga and afterwards give them an option to connect with like-minded people, form new friendships, enjoy nice conversations and exchange ideas.
Office Yoga
I am very happy that more and more companies are realizing the importance of a work-life balance and are investing in their employees' mental and physical wellbeing. Corporate Yoga has many benefits such as reducing stress at a workplace, improving focus and concentration, enhancing immunity and improving the connections between coworkers. It is a perfect way to start a new working day or unwind after a busy office day.
I am able to offer 3 different Yoga styles: Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin. Read more about each Yoga style here.
